Terms & Conditions:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your goods. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please email or phone within 7days of receiving your goods that you are not satisfied. All goods must be returned within 14 days and in their original condition and with all tags attached, (ie. They must not have been worn or altered) for a refund or exchange to take place.

Return of goods will only be accepted for valid reasons & will be at the discretion of Jan Bach Designer Clothing management.

As we offer an Alteration Service to our customers we will be happy to alter goods to perfect the fit. Additional charges for alterations will be at the discretion of Jan Bach Designer Clothing.

Image colour: Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur as a result of the photographic and print process.

Prices: All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Freight: There is freight and handling fee of $10 per order for deliveries within New Zealand. If you would like to ship overseas, we will confirm the cost of freight before shipping. Customers are also invited to personally collect there goods from the studio workshop.

Delivery: Delivery is normally within three to four working weeks within New Zealand, because goods are made-to-order. If we cannot despatch within this time frame we will advise you immediately.

Order security: For your protection your order details are entered on a Secure Server web page.

Privacy: We will respect your privacy in collecting and handling personal information in accordance to the New Zealand Government Privacy Act 1993. We do not sell or rent your personal information to others without your consent. We use the information we collect only for the purposes of sending promotional information, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems.

Method of ordering: Email or Phone to make an appointment if you feel you require a made-to-measure garment, ( ie. You wish for a personal consultation and have your measurements taken for you to assess your size.) Our studio workroom is in the Auckland area. If you are out of Auckland and wish to have your garment made-to-measure please email for a detailed description of the measurements we need you to send us. Under these circumstances, no responsibility will be taken by us if the garment does not fit.

Standard Sizes : If you have viewed our sizing chart and are confident that you will fit a standard size, then email or phone to place your order, quoting the style no., size, colour etc. Because we make-to-order ( ie. We do not hold stock of any styles) delivery will be approximately 3-4 weeks. If for some reason you require the garment in an earlier time frame, please ask if this is possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

You are welcome to come to our Studio workroom to view our range of garments. Simple phone or email for an appointment. This way you are able to physically see and feel the garments and choose your order as well as have a personal fitting consultation.
